24.1 Regardless of what is written in existing Nepal laws, red seals, sanads, questions or other documents, it will be in accordance with this law in the matters mentioned in this law.

24. 2 If there is any obstacle in the implementation of this Act, the Government of Nepal may issue an order deemed necessary to remove the obstacle.
